This happened just an hour ago or so. Went in to a local grocery shop and grabbed some carrots, oranges and bananas. Paid in cash and went out my way to put everything in my bicycle’s panniers and… there she was going in her own bicycle. It was like in the Fellowship of the Ring when the hobbits see Arwen. At that very instant I saw her face my jaw dropped, almost literally, and I think she noticed I was mesmerized or something because she did a gesture of like trying to look my way but doing a gesture of “what a creep” or something. After 5 seconds or so she was gone and most probably I won’t ever see her again.
How do you get over something like that? I’m still so mesmerized I can’t believe a human being so ridiculously gorgeous can exist in the same plane as an ugly weirdo like me.

You learn from your mistake - Do you feel like you should have struck when the iron was hot? Next time you feel that feeling, strike when the iron is hot. Do you feel like you gawked and made her feel uncomfortable? Next time smile and see if it’s recipricated. Do you feel like you are not worthy of an attractive partner? Work on yourself and use this experience as fuel to be better.
Uh, don’t do that. That girl has loads of guys trying to “strike when the iron is hot” every day.
Be lucky there is beauty in this world, but don’t try to appropriate it just because you saw it, or you might destroy it.
What a defeatist attitute to have about the world, I hope you break free; as for me, I’ll keep persuing things I desire.
I have had loads of opportunities and more, but I have never ever harassed a girl just because I like her looks.
That’s just creepy.
It might be a fine line (IDK) but don’t be a creep.
When did I advocate for harassment? When did I advocate for being creepy? What a bizarre line of thinking.
If you make people uncomfortable, well, that’s creepy (your first post talks about it without flinching), and maybe you don’t do that.
The problem is that creeps think they aren’t creepy, and just needs to “find the right thing to do/say” like it’s some sort of puzzle. Don’t be that person is all I’m saying!
