Someone else posted on another thread a republican judge threw out case because she medically couldn’t move and she wanted somewhere closer to her. They then claimed the below:
she refused to appear for an independent medical examination despite warnings that failure to do so would result in the case’s dismissal.
So in context sounds like they got him off on technicalities. I dont know much else so hopefully someone else fill more.
She also accuses her brother of hacking her WiFi and spying on her and a bunch of other paranoid sounding things. Not saying this to discredit her but just put it in context
So its on her for breaking down mentally? Doesnt prove or discredit it either way but her mental condition definitely doenst mean everything she says is wrong.
