Honestly there’s nothing wrong with swashbuckling cosplay or dudes with long hair. It’s just that this dude in particular happens to be a malignant sociopath and megalomaniac.

Maybe we shouldn’t stigmatize those other things by trying to draw a connection between them and his overwhelming shittiness. That seems like confusing correlation with causation.
