Being called an NPC used to be a joke/insult.
Now its just actually real, people offload all their thinking to an LLM… thats as close as you can currently get to just being a literal real world NPC.
I guess the next step would be brain implants that just make that it an always on, straight mainline into your brain.
Reddit hivemind trains the LLM, LLM trains the people, hivemind is now basically actually real.
