Apparently, quoting the article means it breaks the rules of the community, so I will not be quoting the article at all in the hopes more people see the terror the regime is inflicting on our communities.

Well, you see, nobody in particular did the shooting. ICE was only involved, and they probably just “like to watch”.
Murder is now an incident. Full blown fascism in America.

Saddly, when I quote things in this community the post gets removed. However I normally post things in other less restrictive communities for reasons like this.

A family friend told Maine’s Total Coverage Joan Sebastian Guerrero was killed in the shooting Monday morning. She says Guerrero leaves behind a wife, 3-year-old child, and sister.

Surveillance video shows the moments leading up to and including the deadly ICE shooting in Biddeford, Maine. The video shows the white car that was shot at entering the intersection and beginning to turn right in a circle.
The video then zooms in on where the car comes to a stop, and officers can be seen removing the person from the car.
Article Update 1:
At noon, Sen. Angus King said he was told by Homeland Security that the person who was killed was a man in his 20’s who had been given an order to leave the country. He also said DHS told him that the person “weaponized the vehicle” and that they were shot by an ICE agent.

The Maine Immigrant Rights Coalition identified the victim as a 26-year-old man from Colombia. Mufalo Chitam, the group’s executive director, told CNN that the man was on his way to work. The group said the man was authorized to work in the US and was issued a social security number.

The vehicle was registered to a Jhonathan Ramires of Pool Street in Biddeford. ABC News spoke with someone who said they saw the person who was shot fixing his brakes in the parking lot at that address.
It is not clear if Ramires was the person who was shot.
