I’ve been watching it on 30+ different TikTok live feeds since Friday. It’s mutual escalation. ICE hit and run a protestor, protestors began throwing cinder blocks and M80s, ICE deployed tear gas, now the National Guard is dispatched.

Hegseth has the Marines standing by, and the Insurrection Act will be next. This is what happens when we get violent before we have the numbers to fight. We’re fucked because people are acting on emotion and completely unaware that this is Trump’s Reichstag Fire.

That is exactly how we embolden fascism. Madison advocated for a well-regulated militia, not 1-2% of the population throwing cinder blocks and M80s. We needed numbers before allowing them to bait us into escalation.

Unfortunately, that’s extremely unlikely. The last Supreme Court Justice to be impeached was Samuel Chase in 1805. He was acquitted and continued to serve until his death.

They remain seated until they choose to step down or die. The average Justice serves for 16 years, but have served for as long as 34 years. Trump fucked a generation in one term.

The maximum fine in NY for this is $1,000 per infraction. If it continues, the judge could sentence jail time but the fine would remain the same.
