Any adult who votes alt right should not just be welcomed for realising their hatred is wrong. Cause they’ll be as fickle next time they get an easy “solution” offered for their problems.

Obviously they shouldn’t be shunned forever. But I wish there were more consequences than “whoopsie daisy I accidentally aligned with fascists”

There are many reasons given here. Many are not new though. These discussions existed in 1800s about the left having a hard time unifying.
