

Could you point me to the places in the Lemmy code where these examples have been incorporated? You realise we are talking about the actual software here, right, not the way they run their instance? Exact lines of code would be ideal, as they have done above/elsewhere with Tesseract and Piefed.
The Lemmy devs are pretty good at keeping their politics out of the codebase and reserved for the running of their own instance, so I personally don’t really see a massive reason to abandon the software. If you don’t want to deal with .ml it’s the same procedure on Mbin as it is on any minor Lemmy instance: just block and move on.
Also if you move to Mbin you’ll have to deal with the fact that you must now refer to meme shitposts as “articles” in “magazines”.
