After watching how the rules don’t matter at all for the last ten years (at least), we have already been shut out of any progress because now we don’t have a supermajority. We are already dead in the water for two years and we saw what that did to investigations with Biden and Garland. Blue treason will have to be accepted or else we get the MAGA stick again.

I’m not opposed to seeing metaphorical Dem heads roll if they don’t deliver at this point. Whoever thinks their side has to be protected at all costs is in the wrong anyway, doesn’t matter who. The part of the 25th Amendment that has to do with involuntarily removing someone from power, generally for disability, requires the Vice President and a majority of the cabinet to declare the President unfit for duty. Congress has no say, unless the President comes back and says “I’m good to take back over again, everything is fine now,” and the VP/Cabinet don’t agree.
Yeah I get it. There are rules in the way and we MUST follow them. They don’t need to follow any rules and can get what they want, but we MUST follow the law and allow THEM to get what THEY want.
