In 2024, voters in Missouri approved a different Amendment 3, which ended the state’s near-total abortion ban. Two years later, voters reiterated their support by rejecting Amendment 3 and keeping abortion access legal.
They tried to push Amendment 3 over the line by adding in some anti-trans nonsense then running all the yes on 3 ads saying it will protect kids from forced trans surgery or some nonsense.
