Get yourself so focused on work that you get 12h of shit done in one setting. Then do nothing for the rest of the day
At least that’s what I do. Then the next day I will only work a few hours and pretend to work a few more
After the 4th hour I get a headache so bad that I am unable to function.
Drink more water.
