The older the internet gets, the more it’s like a city that keeps building on top of its own ruins. What’s is your favorite bit of internet archeology if memes are like artifacts and relics?

I got my kids (7 and 10) singing “Badger, Badger, Badger” and quoting Charlie the Unicorn (complete with voices)…and I couldn’t be prouder.

That era is just iconic. I frequently quote Homestar Runner and get met with confused stares. I miss the times back before the internet was four apps on your phone.

Heh “The System is Down” used to be one of the songs they’d run around the house yelling while flicking the lights.

I also work in IT, but nobody seems to get it when I reference it during an outage.

      Lol.

I sprung ‘Badger Badger Badger’ on a 3yr old and an 8yr old earlier today.

      Not much uptake.

Will conduct a few more playthroughs this week. :-)
