I’ve been getting back into shape and looking at Pete kegsbreath’s ‘fitness’ videos makes me realize just how out of shape the fucker is.

I was more interested in his pull up work. I had a hard time with pull ups in the past, and this guy can’t even do one. He doesn’t even kip properly… For all his alpha male talk he really sucks at it. Even his talk is pretentious and stupid.
I could bench lift that in my early 50s.

The Nationalists were actually losing until Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany helped them. The left and liberals on the Republican side lost because they were not given aid by any outside institutions (well, the leftist in-fighting did not help much either).
The British and French gave ‘moral’ support to the republicans. The Nazis and Italian fascists sent men and equipment. Wars aren’t won by morals. They are won by materials.
There were plenty of other problems with the republican side, but I won’t get into them.
