Affiliate disclosure: I may earn a commission if you buy through my link. This is not medical advice.
If you are already on keto and someone pitches a coffee additive powder (Java Burn in particular), a calm label-first pass beats hype:
- Read the label yourself: green tea extract, L-carnitine, chromium, etc. — none of these replace a calorie deficit or sleep.
- Soft claims only: metabolism support language is marketing; expect modest, individual results at best.
- Cost check: multi-bottle packs vs making black coffee + protein/fat that already fits your macros.
- Skip miracle before/after photos and anonymous “reviews.”
