well advance the counterpoint, then. here, i’ll get you started, “the car is still in full control when the driver overrides the speed of the vehicle. speed control is not a factor in driving”

What are you even arguing, FSD is a programmed feature in their cars and according to the black box of the car it was turned on at the time of the accident. Period. Read the article.

What your* opinion on what actually constitutes full self driving is completely irrelevant here.

Then that’s not full self driving. If you can’t fall asleep in the back seat, it’s not full self driving.

I’m not sure you know what the word “supervised” means. If I supervised you while you dug a hole, who dug the hole? Me or you?

If someone needs to be watched to dig a hole, they are a shit hole digger, and should not be trusted to dig a hole.

Also, I wasn’t aware that FSD stood for Full Supervised Driving. Interesting stuff.

Funny, you didn’t answer the question.

How about an exam supervisor? Who is doing the exam, the student or the supervisor?

It’s not called “Full Self Driving” - it’s called “Full Self Driving (Supervised)”. It does the driving, you need to supervise to step in if it goes to do something wrong.
