Once they see that the midterm doesn’t fix everything. People are only passive now because they have faith that we can vote our way out of this. (Not to say voting is a lost cause, everyone should still vote. If you don’t vote you are just handing them ligitimicy because they won’t have to cheat as hard to “win”)
