I love Minnesota. It has strong labor rights. It ranks near the top of national lists for education, life expectancy, and happiness.

If the victim doesn’t want the man prosecuted (and wasn’t forced to submit this letter) then who are we to judge.
And he got 30 years’ probation instead of prison. I’m struggling to imagine what kind of child sexual abuse gets you that sentence and a pardon, even if you’ve been on your best behavior ever since.
