The case mentioned here (in the beginning) is a husband manually using the camera of their robot vacuum to catch her cheating on him and using the recording as evidence in court (and subsequently have it used against him for unlawful recording). This can happen with your valetudo vacuum (assuming it has a camera) too, since it’s just user based behavior.
