Again, I say that is intentionally misleading. Is it legal? Not sure, for now they are getting away with it, but I do feel like that will change eventually. However, I’d be shocked to hear any genuine argument on how this isn’t designed specifically to mislead people.
Personally, this feels like that bit in Seinfeld- “Hey, this ain’t a wizard! It’s a Willard!”
