Yeah, but I think he has learned by now that it can take weeks for lower courts to issue injunctions. If he were petty enough he could just keep rewording executive orders that get striked down every 2 to 4 weeks to indefinitely keep out those he doesn’t like.
Didn’t he already try this…but then it was ruled a 1st amendment violation, and he was forced to give them access again?
