It is still enough for babbys first website/newsletter/blog etc. 128 MB is plenty for any personal website; you could probably even run a shop on that.
Our company’s website requires 5 MB storage and no database.

Just put “free vps” or “free shell account” into a good search engine. For example: https://freeshell.de/services/
Or this is almost free (0.1 $ / month): https://tierhive.com/
Huh that really is cheap, thing stopping me from self hosting is public IPs being expensive so that could be a cheap loophole.
