Allergies to ingredients are a big one, and for the MMR (because what the fuck why is measles back vaccinate the 99.999 whatever percent of kids who can get vaxxed ffs) severely immunocompromised kids can’t get it (and probably can’t do much with whatever vaccines they can get). The fact that some kids legitimately can’t get vaccinated makes it more important for the rest of them to get vaccinated because of herd immunity.
