Under the revised ordinance, only patients with specific conditions, such as intractable diseases with no alternative treatment, will be allowed to use them.

The law is from March, and the ban starts June 1st. Knew the government would catch up eventually, because why would they want their citizens to have access to anything except alcohol and cigarettes?
