They can sidestep them as long as the power to supply them is “islanded” (not connected to the grid).

It’s a tiny win for impacted neighborhoods concerned about rates going up. It does nothing for quality of life though.

Hey Americans, thanks for sitting out that election because Harris wasn’t perfect.

Hope you’re all real proud of yourselves…

We didn’t sit it out. A large part of our population is educated via tiktok or never leave their bubbles. Just pointing out that there are a lot of good Americans as there are people around the world. Comments like this scapegoat the real issues that our government is imperfect and needs some adjustments. At the very least, politics should swing the other way to correct for these pedo warmongers. All the best to you.

Yeaaaaahh, look at the turnout numbers in US elections. Youth turnout was especially low which I’d why it appears that youth swung for Trump that election, it’s really just left leaning youth staying home because Harris wasn’t perfect

So every company can slap a windows machine next to their pollution dumping generators and call it a data center now.

No, the ruling sends to be as long as it’s not a publicly contracted utility you can polute as much as you want.

That is to say, basically anything the rich want to do to pollute is fine as long as they don’t share it with the plebs.
