    Find me an AI that wasn’t trained on stolen data by a power-hungry billionaire to make an excuse to buy up literally all the computers that humanity can produce while destroying social, political, and environmental conditions in order to corner the market and make us all subservient to their cloud for tasks we now depend on doing electronically, and it’ll be just fine with “AI”

      Are you fine with the US? UK? France? Germany? Japan? China? How about Electricity? Does you car run on oil? Do you use plastic? How about nuclear power? Do you eat meat? Buy stuff online? Fly?

      If we start judging things on their past/origins you won’t be able to use anything and live anywhere.

      I pirate content. I don’t give a shit about “IP”, or the concept that surrounds it. Also, open sourced models are about 6 months behind the frontier ones. This has been the case at least for the last 2-3 years. Sooo sorry, don’t care about “ooooh they used the content I uploaded on a public site for training”.
