How can you order a farmer to destroy their trees? I hope he fights in a higher court. Wish I’d heard about the nectarine giveaway. I’d have gone to pick some.

    That person signed onto a rare and exclusive contract to produce a specific food item. The contract was designed specifically to create rarity for that item so they could control the price and artificially raise it. He was fine with destroying food up until he felt like he didn’t get paid enough. His giving away the food was an act of spite, not generosity. He only did it to get back at the company he signed the contract with. This is not a good person.
