    So they have to let him renovate or it’ll be torn down. And if he renovates, then his name has to be put on the building or “funding will dry up”

    Just say it. “If he can’t have it, nobody can.”

      This is so typical of conservatives - they’ll grab something to hold hostage that they know decent people care about and point a gun right at it and threaten to destroy it if they don’t have their way.
