rice cooker, also the asian ones can cook/steam other stuff at the same time. making eggs, some meats. also making things like fried rice, and you can save it for later.
Upvote for the rice cooker. A real game changer. Rice may not be that hard to make but you have to pay attention. So much better to have the rice maker handle it while you pay more attention to everything else
cooked rice last alot longer, so you dont need to throw it away within a few days.
