So, his team set up a bunch of tech to interfere with the company’s event and even managed to capture Flock attendee chatter on microphones they forgot to switch off.

Jordan then flew his drone and captured images of politicians, police, and senators in attendance.

It would be too hard to win against Flock or the Hotel, since that’s where the event was and malice vs accident would need to be proved.

Yeah I don’t see how they got him kicked from his room when the hotel is independent from the convention. Unless the convention pre purchased all the rooms prior to the event, that was the sketchy part.

Nah. The right to refuse service - which allows a hotel to boot guests for things like naziism without a court case after - unfortunately allows a hotel to boot a guest without saying whether it’s because a large booking was going to pull out if it didn’t.

Right, but it says a Flock employee cancelled the room, not that the hotel refused service. It sounds as though someone just called up and cancelled the reservation for Ben Jordan.

No, fraud would require both deception and some sort of monetary/property/right loss.

They reportedly identified as themselves, not the booker. And they didn’t deprive the booker of any of those things.

They’re just assholes, and un/fortunately for various reasons both ways, that is not illegal.

The man responsible for all this Benn, is a staunch free speech activist and sound engineer and artist. I’ve followed him for years. I 100% believe him on all of this, especially if you do any research into him or his methods.

It just seems way more likely that Flock just asked the hotel to kick him out. They are paying the hotel way more so they probably get priority
