The Trump administration's tariffs for alleged forced labour are being challenged in court by 25 states, most of them Democratic.

The challenge is related to tariffs of between 10 and 12.5 percent imposed against 60 trading partners after probes by the USTR’s office over allegations of forced labour

Trump just wants the USA to be the only one who gets away with that crap. Taylor Farms — the company behind the killer diarrhea lettuce outbreak — apparently is quite the user of cheap prison labor.
