They helped arm AQ in the 80s via operation cyclone in Afghanistan via Pakistan it doesn’t seem odd to me that either bin laden was a CIA asset with aid from Isreal or that mossad was using 9/11 hijackers as assets to launch attacks on American soil and allow for more draconian laws and further interventions
The American Intelligence community was well aware that al-Qaeda was going after domestic US targets, including the WTC, since al-Qeada bombed the WTC in 1992.
But that doesn’t mean the information is actionable.
