    Kids playing outside and people working on their car lowers the property value for the neighborhood.

    More to the point, fucked-up people believe that it’s true.

      I never understood this or HOAs banning trucks from parking in driveways. These aren’t permanent fixtures of a home so how can it lower the value of a property?
