They no doubt have databases full of device identifiers and associated ip addresses. And thats ignoring the rest of the neo axis of tech companies with their own data pilfering setups and various law enforcement agencies. Can’t do shit without verification these days. Can’t even spin up your own servers without a cc. I mean technically bitcoin and xmr exist but between KYC laws and ddos attacks against the xmr network… Lol.
