Isn’t it something like 1 in 4 regular cops have a history of domestic violence? I’d be surprised if ICE weren’t worse.
My guess for ICE would be like 60%. With the rest split between the “he always treated me well” racist who externalizes his violence and those that would abuse women and children but are too young and socially ostracized to have had much opportunity.
This coming from people with such high pedigree and such long and comprehensive training for the job?
