I have blocked a very few people, but mostly because they tried to scam me with various levels of success.
It always helps to really use the rule of thumb: everyone on the internet is a liar. Be anonymous and keep everyone else that way.
You won’t get scammed anymore.
Oh, the one that was successful was a huge number of years ago. The other that wasn’t was fairly recent, but I’m canny enough that I blocked them early. Thank you for the advice though.
