    Company started forcing remote people into the office, and when pointing out how much extra strain it causes from all the shit happening in the world was told well at least you aren’t laid off

      We did a company-wide feedback poll and this was a top issue. Management brushed it off and said “Deal with it”

        What’s better is when the boss is happy to throw money at dumb things (like redoing office cubes continuously, buying new hardware for said cubes, burning most expensive workers time like it’s nothing) and bragging about all the money we have except when it comes to you know keeping talent.

        It came up on a leadership meeting at my company. As soon as the question came up, the CEO’s face pinched up into a pissy snarl. He then threatened us with coming in five days instead of four.

        What a miserable old cockstain.
