No, they understand that other people’s money helps fund their bills. That’s different - they work hard, and deserve it! Other people are just lazy moochers, though.
Get fucked with that bullshit. She wasn’t running on nothing but being first woman president. She wouldn’t have done none of that. If she was really wanting to fix healthcare she would of vowed to have Sanders in her administration. Instead she rat fuck him then picked the most conservative VP she could find.
She reason we have to deal with Trump. He husband convinced him to run as a Republican. Because they felt they could rig the general as well. Popular vote or not Hillary is just to goddamn hated. Trump never meant to win. But after he did he got the taste of the power and well here we are. I will not allow people to defend that bitch.
You said she had no platform other than being the first woman. I already proved that wrong. Engage in the actual conversation or leave me alone. I already said I wasn’t gonna defend her against Bernie so you’re clearly just looking for an argument that I’m not going to give you.
They’ve voted for it every single time they’ve voted for a Republican or most Democrats since at least the 1950s or 60s.
Also don’t forget that the second highest (at the time) number of Americans in history voted for it another time in 2020. Fortunately the highest ever number voted for the other guy (who also didn’t want to fix the problem, but at least didn’t want this!).
You can’t just list every presidential candidate and then blame the voters. There’s more nuance there often were simply picking the lesser of two evils.
I’m not actually blaming voters, though I can see how I came off that way (I do, however blame the ones who voted for Trump anytime after 2016 - people make mistakes). They haven’t had much choice, where health care is concerned. The probably falls under the “both sides” argument in that neither party is willing to phase out, or significantly reduce, private health insurance in this country. For sure, there are a handful of Dems, and the odd unicorn Rep, who understand that single-payer is likely to be more cost effective at delivering consistent care. It also doesn’t help that the Republicans have gone off the deep end in the past couple decades. Makes it unlikely that anything will change in my lifetime. One of the main reasons I don’t plan on staying after retirement.
america voted for this brand of cruelty twice and continue to allow it.
Twice? Americans have been voting for the predatory healthcare system since the 20th century…
Of course! God forbid their tax money goes to pay someone else’s bill who is less deserving. That’s Socialism!
It’s also how it already works. They’re too stupid to realize it.

Technically it was only once. Hillary won the popular vote in 2016.
As far as continuing to allow it, I am open to ideas as to how to stop it right here and now…
Hillary did not run universal healthcare, but Bernie did and should have ran against Trump. But noo we let Hilary cheat and get away with it.
She was running on a plan to update the Affordable Care Act with a public option…

I provided a link, and I was there in 2016, I’m not defending her against Bernie but I’m not gonna sit here and listen to this bullshit either.
I was there to and know she a fucking conservative who help usher in Trump. So you can go fuck yourself with your I’m with her bumper sticker.
