As YouTube cracks down on low-quality AI content, faceless creators who built real audiences without showing their face are now struggling to stay monetized.
It‘s definitely not only faceless channels but people who just sit there and talk into a mic as well. And I wouldn‘t mind this as much if it actually hit react slop too but that genre is pretty much untouched by this algorithm. Probably because there‘s enough stuff happening in a react video, but I can only guess.
Anyway, you can add Youtube to the never ending list of things that got worse because of AI.
