The FBI and the Maine Attorney General's Office are investigating the fatal shooting of a 26-year-old Colombian man by federal law enforcement in Biddeford Monday morning. And, according to Maine Sen. Angus King's office, the victim may not have been the target of the federal arrest warrant.
The lesson I have taken from this is that people write their biases and have trouble reading. But thanks I guess.
