is money really very very important , is it above all things , is it right that we can buy happiness with money ???

    Someone who thinks it isn’t important probably hasn’t tried living without it. Can’t swipe a card to purchase a happiness yet but a lot of things that bring sadness become non-issues if you can throw money at them.

    In theory, it makes sense; it’s a physical thing we can exchange to represent gratitude.

    In practice, it has been completely weaponized against us and I hope we can stop using it.

    We live in the information age, we can track needs and contributions in a way that is more difficult to exploit.

    One saying is that money can’t buy happiness but it can definitely help relieve stress.

    Most people don’t want money, but the things that money buy. Security, luxury, power, health, etc. There is no inherent reason why we need money for that but we as a society have decided that we rather have something in return for our work and that this is worth something.
