Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who was elected to the Senate in 2003 and was a close political ally of President Donald Trump, has died, his office confirmed early Sunday. He was 71.
Graham died Saturday night “from a brief and sudden illness,” his office said in a statement.

It’s times like this that I wish I was a believer, so I could take satisfaction in knowing he’s going through Hell Orientation, and having a really unpleasant time.
Unfortunately, I don’t believe, so I don’t get the full schadenfreude experience, but it’s good enough.
My compromise is that I believe in hell for really shitty people in positions of power, and that’s it.
