Risky suggestion. What if the bots also posted to BSKY & Threads? As the fediverse grows, more people will see it as a viable place to hang out.

But seriously, why do so many people make multiple bots? Why not just do it all from one so that the people who don’t like automated posting can easily get rid of it?
you can just go into your Lemmy settings to hide bot posts
You can easily block the whole stats.fedidb.com domain to block all the bots, they all use the same domain. Also we don’t use any hashtags, because pollution by bots is annoying, and I am thinking of making these follower only posts.

Would be good to have a dedicated community in lemmy where to bots would @ when posting, so that there’s native cross-posting in masto and threadiverse.
