Less than two weeks after paying E. Jean Carroll $5.6 million tied to a civil sexual abuse and defamation case, President Donald Trump is asking for the money back.

Trump’s legal team is seeking an emergency injunction that would force Carroll to return the amount she was paid following a judge’s July 8 ruling that ordered the payment process to begin, according to The Independent.

Goddammit motherfucker just fucking die! It’s fucking pennies compared to what he is stealing from us tax payers every fucking day. Let it go you fucking pedophile! He should be going to prison not fighting to still overturn his lose in 2020 and fighting over this. He rapes a woman and allowed to walk free only having to pay 5 million. Yet he got to keep fighting her over this.

Trump has this utterly fundamental belief that you’re either a “winner” or a “loser.” The moment you give something they want, that makes them the winner and therefore you are the loser. He doesn’t care about the numbers, he just cares about whether he’s winning.

I would bet that he’s got his father’s voice in his head, telling him what a loser he is a dozen times a day.

A lot of us have family trauma. Most of us don’t try to burn down the entire world because of it.

How different do you think things would be if someone had gotten this man into therapy in the '80s or '90s?

No strip him of all his money and throw him in a prison cell until he dies. Be the worse way for him to live. On top of it release all the files on Epstein and his true medical records.

I hope his body tortures him on the way out. Actual complete suffering and conscious awareness of what is happening. And do it in 4k.

Any time someone has a bad day, show em him screaming in pain before he goes limp. Makes everybody feel better every time.

If he can’t be on the receiving end of civil suits while he’s president, he should also be banned from originating them. After all, the Supreme Court’s bullshit reason is that he’s supposed to be too busy, though he spends more time playing golf and soiling himself than he does actually working. And doing otherwise creates a power asymmetry that he can exploit, as we have seen.

Hey, thanks for the input. Most of us are still trying to stay no violent and use the American democratic system via the midterm.

He’s going to try to fuck with that, but I think we need to see democracy fail at the state level ballot boxes before we have to say non violence isn’t working.

There have been many protests, many people have been accused or detained because of these, many Americans are doing things it’s just that America is so fucking huge it’s hard to see them all and the main media is definitely under reporting.

If your only definition for America to have woken up is to impeach and remove Trump or begin some kind of rebellion well fine that’s your definition, but I think it’s very wrong to say everyone in the country is just sitting around twiddling their thumbs.

Yeah, something that is often missed in all this “literally all Americans are fucking worthless pieces of shit” rhetoric is that most people just aren’t capable enough to raise a fucking army, coordinate coups, or plan assassinations. But I know a great many Americans who understand what they can do, and that is protecting their neighbors, feeding their communities, and fighting for their families. Many people are sacrificing a great deal to ensure the safety of those who are otherwise targeted. The one’s that aren’t were never going to do anything to begin with, but to say nothing is being done is an insult to those who are working tirelessly to help people survive this shit every day.

that was the motto in early 2025 when the ICE raids started. It’s too late for that. I think the best bet, now, is for the USA to implode. I’d rather we try to mitigate the harm of their military, abroad; and usher in the refugees.

It took less than 10,000 people to almost overthrow the government on January 6th. A few million of you should easily be able to overthrow the tyranny that you’ve all enabled.

Maybe, but 1. Those 10,000 had the backing of the president (which means the military wasn’t called in to stop it) and they didn’t even get close to overthrowing the government, they just delayed the inevitable and 2. How do you propose millions of people organize to do something like that without law enforcement stepping in to shut it down?

This isn’t the 19th century, or even the 20th. Everything is under surveillance and military power is orders of magnitude more advanced than what’s available to civilians. A civilian force can maybe work defending their homes with guerilla warfare, but marching on the capitol?

Yea, because losing all income and healthcare for an entire family is super easy. People don’t need to eat and if they get hurt or sick, they can just rub some dirt on it. I don’t know why more people don’t just make the sacrifice, especially individually when the chance for success is basically non existent.

It’s dumbass posts like yours that really highlight how idiotic we as a species can be.

They’re totally not a fucking hypocrite!!! Because they’d definitely overthrow the government with the weapons they totally know how to use and own because they are definitely in a trained and highly skilled militia. The world is against you fAcEdEeR but I got your back!

I am Canadian. I’m in a country that America’s president has repeatedly and persistently threatened the sovereignty of. I’ve been doing what I can to prep for that, but it shouldn’t have to come to that in the first place. He’s your president, you rein him in.
