Why the fuck would I show my ID for shitty pasta?
Really thought this was an Onion headline. And this seems to be targeted at a specific Olive Garden program because while it’s not a common occurrence, I’ve been to an Olive Garden and unless I was ordering alcohol I didn’t need an ID. I assume this Pasta Pass exists, but I have to imagine this just seems nonsensical to most people. If you need that much explaining for your new talking point to explain how it works, it’s not good.
So they are admitting it’s a bold face lie meant to lure people in then kick them out when the people try to get what was promised to them.
What if I’m too poor to go to Olive Garden and have no idea wtf sort of comparison this is supposed to be?
If you could afford to go to Olive Garden, you’d be better off going just about anywhere else.
